I have long been fascinated with printmaking: it is a perverse art form, as much craft as art, requiring considerable time and patience. And unlike painting the outcome is uncertain until the “aha” moment when you lift paper from press and the final result is revealed. 
After all these years printmaking is still a daunting challenge, but what a wonder when it comes out right!
