Anna Gądek is an interdisciplinary artist who is mainly interested in sculpture. She is inspired by human life, in particular – the extent to which the psyche and the corporality determine them. She is also interested in the issues of identity, the relationship between nature, and culture. She likes to express herself through improvisation. As a sculptor, she creates genre scenes that help her distance herself from the world. She enjoys giving a light, humorous form to serious matters. She is also interested in the visual arts of theater, she likes creating theater puppets. She co-artistic group Curators, whose activities mostly take the form of performances also long-term projects concerning the twin identity with her sister Elżbieta.
