Afternoon Spring Break Camp: Kids + Youth Camp Creativity

Afternoon Spring Break Camp: Kids + Youth Camp Creativity

Program Description

Camp Creativity is a Montessori-inspired, choice-based art camp where Kids age 5-8 and Youth age 9-11 will learn about and experiment with a variety of media and techniques. Students will move between two studios and work on different projects each day! This camp allows for maximum creativity and fun! Perfect for young artists who love to experiment but also a great fit for those who prefer to work in only one medium (painting/drawing/printmaking or mixed-media.)

LUX camps are offered for kindergarten graduates through students who are 15 years old. All campers must have completed kindergarten (no exceptions) prior to attending camp and must have basic classroom skills. Students must be at least 9 years old to learn the pottery wheel and age 10 is even better as the person throwing must be physically large enough to push the clay around. Please select camps based on your child's current age. Kids - Age 5-8 (must have completed Kindergarten), Youth - Age 9-11, and Teens - Age 12-15.

Note that we've extended our camp instruction and art-making time from 3 hours to 3.5 hours, so Afternoon Camps now START AT 1:30PM! Healthy snack still included.

This camp is for Kids Age 5-8 and Youth age 9-11.

Pre-registration is required.
