Biography
Ryan Reich is a ceramic artist and art educator. He has been working with clay since he was 15 years old and has been teaching high school ceramics for the last 14 years. Ryan has a BFA and MA in ceramics from Cal State Fullerton. He lives and works in Orange County, CA.
Artist Statement
My focus is on incorporating texture and surface design using the potter's wheel in an ongoing exploration of form and function. Also connecting with our ancient potter ancestors through using and making unique handmade tools made from everyday contemporary resources.
