Prerequisite: Participants must have either taken Advanced or Intermediate Pottery Wheel at LUX OR have prior experience elsewhere and feel comfortable with the basics of making various forms on the wheel in order to register for this class.
This introductory clay class will cover the fundamentals of making objects out of clay. Perfect for someone wanting to try a little of everything from handbuilding with slabs to wheel throwing. Participants will be encouraged to experiment with a variety of building and finishing methods. All materials and kiln firings are included. This class is for Adults 16+.
