Start your Saturday with a fun, wheel throwing class for ages 9+! LUX Teaching Artists will provide instruction and inspiration as participants learn the basics of the pottery wheel. Projects may include bowls, mugs, and vases. Participants will glaze their thrown pottery on the second week of class with various colored glazes. A paying adult must accompany all children age 11 and under. Teens, age 12-15, do not need a parent/guardian to stay, but they MUST be reachable in case of emergencies. Pieces will be ready for pick up 2 weeks after the last week of the session. All materials and firing provided. This class is open to ages 9+.

NOTE: An art class or workshop running is contingent on a minimum of 3 participants enrolled 48 hours prior to the scheduled class/workshop. Cancellation notices will be emailed, and you may respond with an alternate class/workshop choice or request a refund. You are encouraged to invite a friend to ensure that your class/workshop runs!
