Saturday from 10:30am-12:30pm activities will be provided for young artists 5 to 12 years old and their adult caregivers.

LUX Teaching Artists will provide instruction and inspiration as children express themselves creatively with the materials provided. This experience is choice-based and child-led; it is not a traditionally structured classroom experience. This format makes the experience more accessible to a diverse group of students, and introduces children to not just making but also thinking like an artist! Children have more freedom to express themselves creatively and make something that is meaningful to them. Activities and materials vary from week to week so no two Saturday mornings will be the same!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• Come anytime between 10:30am-12:30pm and stay as long as you like! This experience ends at 12:30pm and at that time the studios will be closed.
• Parents/guardians MUST be reachable in case of emergencies.
• Adults are welcome to stay, but not required.  
• The activity cost is per child.
• Go directly to the front desk on the day of attendance to purchase a drop in pass.
