This pottery wheel class for Teens ages 12-15, teaches the fundamentals of starting a project on the wheel, focusing on the essential first steps. Over the course of the week, students will learn more advanced throwing and finishing techniques. This camp is open to both beginners and experienced students, with the opportunity for more advanced students to explore their own ideas with instructor guidance. All materials, tools, and firing are provided. Participants should wear clothes that can get messy. Projects will be available for pickup at the LUX building about two weeks after the camp ends.
