Destiny Felder is a new face in Nebraska, originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Destiny moved to Nebraska to be closer to her family after living in Georgia; you might recognize her last name as her father is a football coach at UNL. Destiny is our new Program Specialist for our growing Education Program! Destiny has an AS degree in social work from Athens technical college. Before moving to Nebraska, Destiny attended the University of North Georgia, studying developmental psychology. Destiny hopes to finish her last year of college here in Nebraska at UNL. Destiny has experience working with other non-profit organizations that focused on child development as a social worker and working with early childhood centers as a teacher. Although Destiny is new to the Arts, she finds joy in being creative and she is super excited to be a part of the Lux team!
