Emma Ryter graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2024 and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus in Painting and Ceramics.  Emma has served as an intern and instructor at the LUX. She currently works as the Education Assistant, where she continues to teach and also assists with classes and event management.  She also instructs in the LUX Outreach program.

Along with instructing and assisting with education programming at the LUX, Emma makes work using mixed media that centers around plant life and biological functions through a lens of connection. LUX enriches her love of art and newfound love for teaching and working with the community.
